Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During high-volume periods, holidays, sales, or special releases, processing times may be extended.



Shipping Delays



While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Customs or transit delays
  • High order volume



Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.



Tracking Information



Customers will receive tracking information once the order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.



Late Packages



If your package is delayed:


  • Please first check your tracking information for updates.
  • Allow additional transit time during busy shipping periods.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate delivery updates.



If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team for assistance.



Incorrect Address Policy



Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for refunds or replacements.



Lost or Stolen Packages



LO Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Customers should contact the carrier to file a claim if necessary.
